About the Role

• 6 Month Fixed Term Contract starting next week, potential to go permanent
• $60K per annum pro-rated
• Based in East Tamaki

As a Customer Service and Sale Support Representative you will work on a small collaborative team to process orders and answer product questions to customers over email and phone.

• Managing a portfolio of customers
• Responding accurately and quickly to any questions
• Using SAP to process orders

About You:

You will come from a customer service or administrative background and bring energy and willingness to learn to the team. You will be proactive, adaptable, and able to hit the ground running in a new environment.

• Must have experience with SAP and CRM systems
• Experience working with customers and processing a high volume of orders and requests
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
• Ideally experience working in FMCG, Retail or Logistics industries
• Strong initiative and High Attention to Detail
• Experience with Salesforce would be great, but not required
