About the Role:
- Office based, 5 days per week in Grafton with $5/Day parking
- 3 Month temporary assignment starting ASAP
- Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
- $38.50 – 39 per hour + 8% holiday pay (depending on experience)
As a Recruitment & Workforce Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing recruitment and workforce coordination activities, ensuring the right people are placed in the right roles at the right time. This is a relationship-focused role where you’ll collaborate with a range of stakeholders while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates
Day to day:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, referencing and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate workforce placements and assignments, ensuring business needs and individual preferences are effectively balanced.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders and candidates, providing guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate workforce records, employment documentation and candidate information across internal systems.
- Deliver a high level of candidate care while keeping stakeholders informed of vacancies, placements and workforce changes.
About you:
You bring experience in recruitment, coordination or administration and enjoy working with people while keeping processes running smoothly. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering exceptional service and outcomes.
You will bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in HR, Recruitment, Workforce Planning, or a similar coordination role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Experience using ATS, HRIS, CRM, or other database systems.
- Experience managing onboarding, compliance, and employment documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Applicants must be Auckland-based, available for an immediate start, and legally entitled to work full-time in New Zealand. Unfortunately, candidates on student visas with restricted work hours are not eligible for this position.
