🎯 Role Overview

Seeking a strategic and performance-driven Customer Success Manager to lead project execution, client relationships, and campaign performance across bespoke digital experiences. This role bridges creative, development, and client teams to ensure smooth delivery and measurable impact.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution of live digital projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Act as the primary client contact, maintaining satisfaction and gathering feedback.
  • Analyse campaign performance using proprietary reporting tools; present insights and suggest improvements.
  • Liaise with agencies to ensure proper promotion and media alignment.
  • Collaborate with creative and tech teams to apply best practices for campaign optimisation.
  • Contribute to post-campaign reports, case studies, and award submissions.
  • Identify upsell or extension opportunities based on performance learnings.
  • Participate in ideation sessions to align client objectives with creative execution.

📌 Requirements

  • 2-4 years’ experience in digital marketing, account management, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and digital reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual).
  • Experience working with agencies or brands in fast-paced digital environments.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with interactive formats (games, microsites, AR, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or platform dashboards.
  • Proactive, collaborative attitude with a passion for creative technology.
