Cybersecurity Delivery Lead – PAM Programme

🚨 Cybersecurity Delivery Lead | £550 per day | Outside IR35 | Fully Remote 🚨

I’m currently supporting a client who is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Delivery Lead to join a major regulatory-driven cybersecurity transformation programme.

This role will focus on leading the delivery of a critical Privileged Access Management (PAM) workstream, driving risk reduction initiatives and ensuring key regulatory milestones are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex cybersecurity programmes and workstreams
• Drive the Managed Service Accounts programme within a wider PAM initiative
• Collaborate with technical security teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
• Manage programme risks, dependencies, and regulatory deliverables
• Bridge the gap between cybersecurity operations, engineering teams, and programme delivery functions
• Provide strong stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organisation

Required Experience

✔ Proven experience delivering large-scale cybersecurity programmes

✔ Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and identity security

✔ Experience working within regulatory or risk-driven security environments

✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

✔ Ability to balance strategic programme delivery with technical cybersecurity requirements

Preferred Technology Experience

Experience with one or more of the following PAM solutions:

• CyberArk
• BeyondTrust
• Delinea
• Saviynt
• Similar enterprise PAM platforms

Contract Details

💷 £550 per day
