Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid – 3 days in-office, flexible days, early finish Fridays!)

Salary: Up to €60,000 + Equity (€5k in stock options) + Health Insurance + Learning Budget

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

Are you a proactive Data Analyst looking to take full ownership of visualization and product analytics within a high-growth scale-up? We are seeking an ambitious, collaborative Data Analyst to join a rapidly expanding Data & Analytics team based in Barcelona.

In this role, you won’t just build dashboards-you’ll serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and data findings. You will own product analytics, refine reporting systems, and turn complex data into actionable business strategies. Over time, there is clear room for internal growth and progression toward advanced data science responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting & Visualization: Manage, build, and optimize reporting systems using modern BI visualization tools (Qlik, Looker).
  • Product Analytics: Leverage product analytics tools to track user journeys, measure engagement, and influence key product decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Product stakeholders to define key KPIs and data pipelines.
  • Data Modeling: Help establish a unified, reliable “single source of truth” across the organization.
  • Continuous Learning: Work with cutting-edge tech and gain hands-on exposure to AI/ML applications.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on data analysis experience, ideally within a SaaS, Fintech, Payroll, or Scale-up environment.
  • Product Analytics: Strong experience with tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo, or Google Analytics.
  • BI Visualization: Proven experience with BI tools (Qlik or Looker preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Exposure to Python, SQL, AWS, or ETL tools is a strong plus.
  • Communication: Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) with the confidence to present insights to key stakeholders.
  • Mindset: A team player who brings reliability, curiosity, and an innovative, problem-solving attitude to a fast-paced environment.

What’s in It for You?

  • 💰 Competitive Salary: Up to €60k per annum.
  • 📈 Company Equity: €5k stock options plan.
  • Great Work-Life Balance: Hybrid model (3 days in office), flexible working hours, and early finishes every Friday (work 9am-3pm)!
  • 📚 Growth & Development: €500 annual learning budget + direct exposure to AI/ML integration.
  • 🏥 Benefits: Private Health Insurance + tax-saving employee app benefits.
  • 🍻 Vibrant Culture: Multicultural environment, collaborative scale-up energy, free coffee, and Friday beers to celebrate team wins!
