Salt is currently hiring a Data & AI Literacy Progamme Lead for a client of ours in Amsterdam.
This role is a 6 month contract with 2 days in Amsterdam office a month.
Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Data & AI Literacy Programme Lead to design, deliver, and scale a Data and AI literacy programme across a fast-paced, technology-driven organisation. This role focuses on translating business needs into practical learning experiences that build data and AI capabilities across diverse employee groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into Data & AI learning plans for different employee personas (e.g. Product, Engineering, Commercial, Operations, Leadership).
- Design and implement role-based learning pathways across varying proficiency levels, from awareness to advanced.
- Lead end-to-end programme delivery, including planning, communications, stakeholder engagement, and governance.
- Partner with internal learning teams and leverage existing learning platforms and resources.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage external training providers and learning vendors.
- Act as the central point of contact for Data & AI literacy initiatives.
- Define and monitor key performance and risk indicators, tracking participation, engagement, and programme impact.
- Continuously optimise the programme based on data and stakeholder feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Data, Analytics, or AI literacy programmes in large, fast-paced organisations.
- Strong programme management and operational delivery skills.
- Good understanding of data, analytics, and AI concepts in a business context.
- Experience engaging and influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise, execute at pace, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Experience defining and monitoring programme KPIs and risk indicators.
