Decision Scientist | Credit Risk & Analytics
Our client is looking for a Decision Scientist to join a high-performing analytics team focused on driving smarter credit decisions through data.
You’ll work across the full model lifecycle, helping to develop, monitor, and enhance credit decisioning strategies that balance growth and risk.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in a credit risk, lending, retail finance, or insurance environment
- Experience with scorecard development, validation, and model monitoring
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python, R, SAS, or similar analytical tools
- Background in decision optimisation, predictive modelling, or machine learning
- Degree in Computer Science, Quantitative Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
