A funded start-up with a very unique mission seek a number of Data Scientists at different levels to design algorithms and build natural language processing and statistical models. The company is a fin-tech business charged with building a completely new way to benchmark company performance based on sustainable investments. Historically investors have pledged funds to companies and invested in its respective stocks purely based on the bottom line.

However, with $23 billion invested responsibly across the world, this trend is only going to continue. The investor of the future will want to know what impact the company has on the planet and benchmarked accordingly from the data you will work with in real-time with diverse data sets. You will collect, analyse and clean data to build analytical models.

Skills you will bring:
Python, R, MATLAB, machine learning with natural language processing and familiarity with relevant libraries such as Pandas, SciPy, NumPy and SpaCy for example. Bonus points if you have a strong knowledge of statistics, experience with git, start-up experience and able to translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Some of your daily tasks:
Writing production ready code, collecting and cleaning large datasets and building methods for extracting knowledge from large volumes of textual data.
