About the Role

This opportunity allows you to contribute to a major transformation while owning End User Services delivery streams that influence operational continuity, employee experience and service stability. You’ll play a central part in a time-critical programme, giving you visibility across technology, vendors and business leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading End User Services workstreams – giving you broad exposure across service transition and operational readiness.
• Coordinating service desk, ServiceNow, EUC and Microsoft 365 activity – letting you make a tangible impact on day-one continuity.
• Establishing support models, processes, knowledge articles and acceptance activity – with the opportunity to shape how BAU operates.
• Managing risks, dependencies, testing and readiness reporting – where you’ll sharpen your expertise in complex transformation delivery.

You’re someone who thrives in complex delivery environments, enjoys bringing order to moving parts, and is motivated by making change feel seamless for end users. You bring initiative, sound judgement and the confidence to guide stakeholders through ambiguity while keeping delivery moving.

What You’ll Need to Bring

• Delivery leadership across complex technology or business transformation programmes.
• Service Management, Service Desk and ITIL knowledge that supports operational readiness.
• ServiceNow delivery or implementation experience that enables effective service transition.
• EUC, workplace technology and Microsoft 365 knowledge that protects user continuity.
