Contract: 2 months but might be extended
Responsibilities:
● Support the growth and evolution of the enterprise Design System to meet expanding business and product needs.
● Create, maintain, and enhance reusable components, design tokens, documentation, and design standards.
● Ensure consistency across digital channels, including mobile applications, internet banking, web platforms, and email experiences.
● Collaborate with internal product, UX/UI, and engineering teams, as well as external design agencies, to ensure alignment from concept through implementation.
● Help establish best practices, governance, and quality standards for Design System adoption.
● Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design components.
● Identify opportunities to improve effi ciency, scalability, and consistency across digital experiences.
● Contribute to design reviews and promote accessibility and user-centered design principles.
Requirements:
● 5+ years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or Design Systems.
● Hands-on experience building or maintaining enterprise Design Systems.
● Previous experience within banking, fi nancial services, or fi ntech is required.
