We’re seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join a fast-growing technology team building scalable, cloud-native platforms that support critical business operations and customer-facing products.
This is an opportunity to work with modern technologies, automate complex environments, and play a key role in shaping the infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational excellence of a high-performing engineering organization.
You’ll work closely with Software Engineers, Architects, and Product teams to improve reliability, scalability, security, and developer productivity while helping to build a world-class cloud platform.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure across development, testing, and production environments.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable software delivery.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using modern automation tools.
- Monitor platform health, performance, and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Improve system scalability, resilience, and security across cloud environments.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Implement logging, monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions.
- Support containerized environments and orchestration platforms.
- Drive DevOps best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and automation.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Engineering role.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems administration.
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or New Relic.
- Understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience implementing GitOps practices using ArgoCD or Flux.
- Knowledge of microservices and distributed systems architecture.
- Experience with security automation and DevSecOps practices.
- Exposure to serverless technologies and event-driven architectures.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience working in Agile and product-led environments.
