Senior Planning / Project Manager – Growth Agency – Central London – c.£50K
You’ll own delivery across a portfolio of complex, multi-channel projects – paid media, creative, landing pages, tracking, app builds – all moving at pace, all at once.
You’re the person who makes it all work.
What You’ll Do
- Own projects end-to-end – scope, plan, resource, deliver
- Build clear, realistic timelines (before things break, not after)
- Track progress daily, flag risks early, fix problems fast
- Manage budgets, scope and profitability – no surprises
- Coordinate across creative, growth and technical teams
- Keep clients and internal teams aligned, informed and moving
What They’re Looking For
- 4-6 years in a digital/creative/growth agency
- Proven experience running complex, multi-workstream projects
- Comfortable across both creative and technical delivery
- Highly organised, detail-obsessed, proactive
- Commercially aware – you understand scope, margin and delivery reality
- Calm under pressure, solutions-first
