A leading global media and technology company behind some of the world’s most influential brands is seeking a Director of Consumer Revenue to drive audience growth, subscriptions, and monetization strategies for a renowned technology and culture publication.
This role is ideal for a strategic and commercially minded leader who thrives at the intersection of content, product, and marketing – building innovative ways to engage and grow high-value audiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the P&L for the publication’s subscription and membership business.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with Editorial, Product, Data, Marketing, and Events teams to deliver integrated consumer revenue programs.
- Identify and scale new monetization models, including commerce and events.
- Partner cross-functionally to test, optimise, and future-proof the consumer revenue ecosystem.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6-10+ years of experience in consumer marketing, subscriptions, or revenue growth roles – ideally within media, publishing, streaming, or digital content businesses.
- Proven ability to lead a P&L and deliver measurable growth in direct-to-consumer environments.
- Strong analytical, creative, and leadership skills.
- Experience working within global or matrixed organizations.
- Collaborative and data-informed mindset, with comfort driving decisions using KPIs such as LTV, churn, and conversion.
