About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and commercially-minded Director of Data Engineering to lead the strategic direction, delivery excellence, and growth of their Data Engineering capability.
What They’re Looking For
Essential Experience
- 8+ years’ experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Data Platform leadership
- Expert-level experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing engineering teams
- Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale data solutions in client-facing environments
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including executive-level engagement
- Advanced SQL & Python
- Strong R programming skills
