Our client are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM QA Analyst to support a short-term project focused on upgrades and updates to the client’s Microsoft Dynamics Customer Journeys (CRM).
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Executing SIT (System Integration Testing) cycles.
- Supporting UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities.
- Verifying that campaigns, workflows, and functional updates perform as expected.
- Ensuring all elements render correctly in both English and Arabic.
Requirements:
- Proven experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement environments.
- Strong understanding of SIT and UAT processes.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when reviewing multi-language content.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
