We’re supporting a world-leading technology company in their search for an Employee Engagement Program Manager to join the Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising team. This contract role is ideal for someone who thrives in building inclusive cultures, elevating employee experience, and driving clear, strategic communication across global teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of employee engagement programs that strengthen culture, belonging, and organizational alignment.
- Develop clear, compelling communication strategies across internal channels including email, newsletters, town halls, and team meetings.
- Create scalable training content-e-learning, workshops, leadership sessions-to help teams understand and activate company values and engagement initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally to roll out new programs, ensuring stakeholders understand goals, benefits, and expected outcomes.
- Support change management efforts with targeted training and communication that promote smooth adoption of new processes and cultural shifts.
- Analyze engagement data, identify opportunities, and refine programs to improve impact and relevance.
What We Are Looking For:
- A seasoned program or engagement manager with 7+ years in program management, internal engagement, marketing, training, or education.
- Skilled at designing data-driven strategies, identifying trends, and translating insights into effective engagement solutions.
- Experienced in leading change across complex organizations and navigating ambiguity with confidence and empathy.
- Exceptionally strong in communication and storytelling, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Organized, collaborative, documentation-driven, and comfortable managing large-scale, global initiatives.
- Ideally hold a BA/BS in Marketing, Corporate Communications, Learning Experience Design, Public Relations, Editorial Writing, or a related field.
