Engineering Manager – Digital Transformation

I’m partnering with a global brand undergoing a major digital transformation to find an experienced Engineering Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team building scalable mobile and backend solutions for a unified member engagement platform.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
• Own technical delivery for mobile app and backend integration services.
• Drive architectural decisions for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Implement best practices in CI/CD, testing, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and business stakeholders to align tech priorities with strategic goals.

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years in software development, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong technical background in mobile app development (native or cross-platform).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and API design.
• Proven ability to manage distributed teams and deliver complex projects.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Bonus points for:

Experience scaling teams, Kotlin Multiplatform, Agile methodologies, and integrating emerging tech like AI or blockchain.
