About the Position: Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new revenue, developing strong relationships with customers, and expanding the company’s market presence within the assigned territory. This position requires an energetic, self‑motivated sales professional capable of conveying the value of a forward‑leaning cybersecurity solution to both technical and business stakeholders.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and execute effective regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and regional market development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and key decision‑makers.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and commercial agreements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor activities to refine sales messaging and tactics.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, engineering, and customer success teams to support a seamless customer experience.
  • Represent the company at relevant conferences, industry events, and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

What Makes You a Good Fit

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a quota‑carrying sales role, ideally within cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, DevOps or enterprise software.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain the value of a technical product in clear, business‑focused terms.
  • Experience working with security leaders, engineering teams, or IT decision‑makers is a plus.
  • Highly self‑sufficient, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to support customers and attend industry events.
