Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS) | Banking & Financial Services

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive – Banking & Financial Services – to support continued growth within the enterprise segment. This role focuses on expanding adoption of the company’s enterprise platform among large organizations across key industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a territory strategy, identifying and engaging new enterprise customers, and managing complex sales cycles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across product, technical, and leadership functions to deliver tailored solutions to enterprise clients.

This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with a strong background in enterprise SaaS sales who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against revenue targets and key performance metrics
  • Generate new business opportunities within an assigned territory
  • Manage pipeline development, forecasting, and opportunity progression
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through to close
  • Build relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders, including VP and C-level executives
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and coordinate product demonstrations
  • Focus on new customer acquisition while identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with multiple customer stakeholders including leadership teams, architecture, operations, procurement, and vendor management functions

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience selling complex enterprise SaaS solutions to large organizations in North America
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing enterprise or global account sales engagements
  • Ability to own and manage the full sales lifecycle from pipeline generation through contract negotiation
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with a strong interest in technology and learning new solutions
  • Experience selling CRM, workflow automation, or similar enterprise business applications is preferred
