A rare opportunity for an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape the architecture of a large, complex organisation undergoing enterprise-wide transformation.
This role is pivotal in defining and governing architecture across Data & Analytics, Integration, and emerging AI capabilities, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and long-term technology direction.
The Role
You will operate at an enterprise level, partnering with business and technology leaders to drive architecture strategy, investment decisions, and roadmap planning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture strategy, roadmaps, and target states
- Lead architecture across data platforms, integration ecosystems, and AI capabilities
- Establish and mature architecture governance, standards, and frameworks
- Provide input into investment planning, business cases, and technology decisions
- Align solution architecture with enterprise direction
- Mentor and lead a small team of architects
Skills & Experience
- 7+ years’ experience as an Enterprise Architect in large, complex environments
- Strong expertise in:
- Data Architecture (DQM, MDM, governance, lifecycle)
- Integration Architecture (APIs, microservices, event-driven, ETL/ELT)
- Experience shaping enterprise data & analytics platforms
- Strong stakeholder engagement, including executive-level communication
- Experience applying architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
- Exposure to AI / advanced analytics highly regarded
- Background in complex, federated or enterprise environments preferred
