We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Executive Director of Retail to lead in-store experience, retail marketing, and environmental build programs for major global brands in the consumer technology space. This senior leader will oversee large-scale store builds, fixture rollouts, and digital retail integrations while managing cross-functional teams across account, project, and production disciplines. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of experience in retail environments, deep knowledge of construction and fabrication, and a proven ability to partner with clients and contractors to deliver innovative, high-impact spaces. You’re equal parts visionary and operator-able to translate brand strategy into physical experiences that inspire consumers, drive performance, and set new standards for retail excellence.
