Fleet and Asset Manager
About the Role
My client is a global brand that is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet and asset specialist to take ownership of the full lifecycle of vehicle assets across the business.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will be responsible for ensuring vehicle assets are effectively managed, compliant, and optimised for commercial performance. You’ll work across multiple stakeholders while also influencing how vehicle asset strategies are shaped and executed.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full lifecycle of vehicle assets, including tracking, allocation, compliance, and disposal
- Maintain accurate asset records and provide reporting to support business decisions
- Coordinate vehicle usage, logistics, and maintenance to ensure operational readiness
- Manage compliance requirements (servicing, registration, WOF) and resolve any issues
- Oversee asset disposal processes and optimise resale outcomes
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to improving processes and shaping asset management strategy
About You
You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and takes pride in owning outcomes end-to-end. You will have a desire to develop and improve processes and will have experience doing so. You will be an innovative thinker and understand what thinking out of the box means.
You will bring:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Analytical thinking and confidence working with data and reporting tools
- Clear and effective communication skills
Skills & Experience
- Experience in fleet, asset, or vehicle management.
- Understanding of asset lifecycle management, compliance, and governance
- Experience working with systems (ERP, fleet management tools, Excel)
- Full, clean driver’s licence
