Job Title:
Founders Associate – Construction Tech
Location:
UK-based (Hybrid: 3-5 days per week, flexible)

The Role:
* Work closely with the founders in a hybrid Chief of Staff / EA capacity, providing operational and strategic support across the business.
* Partner across teams to drive key initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and optimise internal processes.
* Assist with product oversight and client-facing projects, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
* Build dashboards, track metrics, and provide insights to enable data-driven decision-making.
* Gain exposure to leadership, commercial strategy, and the inner workings of a fast-moving startup.
The Requirements:
* Previous experience in startups, consulting, or operational roles supporting senior leadership.
* Exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and hungry to take on responsibility in a high-growth environment.
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to a fast-paced, evolving business.
