Founding Construction Technologist – Preconstruction (General Contractor Focus)
Location:
United States (Remote / Hybrid – aligned to US GC teams)

The Role:
* Act as a foundational commercial hire alongside the founders in a founder-led sales environment
* Work closely with General Contractor and preconstruction teams to support bid analysis and preconstruction workflows
* Sit at the intersection of construction domain expertise, solutions, and commercial engagement
* Translate real-world preconstruction and estimating processes into software-led conversations
* Play a hands-on role in shaping early commercial processes while remaining customer-facing
The Requirements:
* Background within a General Contractor environment, ideally aligned to preconstruction, estimating, or project management
* Exposure to construction technology or software-led solutions within the construction sector
* Ability to communicate credibly with construction professionals and speak the language of preconstruction teams
* Strong commercial acumen with a solutions-oriented mindset
* Comfortable operating autonomously in an early-stage startup environment
