Work pattern: 5 days per week, 2 days on-site, 3 days remote

About the Role
A large, complex service-led organisation is looking for an experienced Senior People & Culture Consultant to lead a project focused on reducing staff attrition and improving long-term workforce stability. You’ll design, implement and evaluate retention solutions that directly improve employee welfare and support workforce scale-up. This is a strategic, delivery-focused role requiring someone who has operated at a senior level and has demonstrable evidence of running retention and recruitment-related transformation projects.
What You’ll Do

Lead the end-to-end design of workforce retention strategies across high-volume service teams

Diagnose root causes of attrition using data, interviews, engagement insights and operational inputs

Develop scalable, evidence-based solutions that reduce turnover and improve long-term employee welfare

Implement practical interventions that can be adopted by operational, HR and leadership teams

Work closely with People, Operations, Transformation, Finance and Leadership stakeholders

Build clear frameworks, models and playbooks that can be replicated and scaled across teams

Track, measure and report the impact of retention initiatives (e.g., turnover reduction, stability improvements, cost savings)

Act as senior project manager – owning timelines, delivery, governance and stakeholder communication

Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, recruitment processes, retention risk and employee experience
