Frontend Web Developer – React.JS, Next.JS, HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS)

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End React Developer to join an exciting digital transformation initiative for a leading Dubai government organization.

This role offers the opportunity to work on the complete rebuild of a large-scale, complex digital platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable, responsive, and accessible front-end components with React.js.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver pixel-perfect, user-friendly interfaces.
• Translate design mockups and wireframes into optimized, high-quality code.
• Maintain and evolve the design system and component libraries for consistency.
• Ensure best practices in testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Integrate seamlessly with backend APIs and services.
• Ensure compliance with cross-browser compatibility and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6-8 years of proven front-end development experience, with strong expertise in React.js.
• Strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Redux/Context API, and Git.
• Solid background in responsive, mobile-first development.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization and accessibility standards.
• Previous experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with Figma, Zeplin, or Storybook is an advantage.
• Experience working within large, complex organizations-government sector preferred.
• Exposure to real estate services projects is a plus.
