What you’ll be doing:

· Lead a team of talented engineers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications.

· Make key architectural decisions and ensure seamless integration across systems.

· Collaborate closely with international counterparts to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

· Stay hands-on with coding, guiding, and mentoring your team toward technical excellence.

What we are looking for:

· Ability to make architectural decisions and provide technical direction to ensure scalability, security, and performance

· Strong hands-on experience in Java and Kotlin for back-end development.

· Proven expertise in Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and API integrations.

· Solid understanding of Kubernetes.

· Practical experience working with AWS cloud services.

· Familiarity with event-driven systems using tools like Kafka

· Experience in leading or mentoring a development team, with strong ownership and accountability.

· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
