We’re working with a fast-growing, highly entrepreneurial agency operating at the intersection of brands, talent, and the creator economy.

As they continue to scale internationally, they’re looking to hire a Global Brand Partnerships Lead to drive commercial growth and build high-value partnerships across both brand and talent ecosystems.

This is a senior, revenue-generating role suited to someone who thrives in a high-velocity environment and enjoys owning the full deal cycle from prospecting through to close.

The Role:

  • Identify, develop, and close high-value partnerships with brands, advertisers, and creators on a global scale
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building
  • Act as a senior point of contact for key partners, ensuring long-term value and growth
  • Lead commercial conversations, pitches, and negotiations with confidence
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction
  • Contribute to overall commercial strategy and identify new revenue opportunities

AI & Commercial Excellence:

  • Leverage AI tools to enhance outreach, personalise communication, and improve pipeline efficiency
  • Build structured workflows for prospecting, follow-ups, and deal tracking
  • Continuously optimise conversion rates and outreach effectiveness

What They’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or a commercial role within marketing, media, or the creator space
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing deals end-to-end
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience hitting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience working across brand and/or talent partnerships
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills at a senior level
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy and partnership landscape
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to support outreach and commercial activity

Nice to Have:

  • Background in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator-led businesses
  • Experience building or improving commercial processes and pipelines
  • Familiarity with automation tools for outreach and CRM workflows
