GRC Consultant (Full-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable GRC Consultant to help customers navigate compliance and security requirements. The role focuses on guiding organizations through audits, improving compliance programs, and building strong client relationships while delivering excellent support throughout the compliance journey.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Technology Risk, Compliance, GRC, Information Security, CISO functions, or a related field.
• Strong experience managing compliance projects and audits, including frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Experience completing security and vendor questionnaires.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines using technology-driven tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Law, Accounting, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSK, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare SaaS companies for compliance audits, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001 assessments and audit management.
• Support customers in completing security questionnaires and developing policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
• Provide guidance on security best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing compliance success.
• Deliver hands-on support throughout customer compliance programs.
• Coordinate activities across teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Gather customer feedback and contribute to product and process improvements.
• Clearly explain compliance requirements and solutions to customers.
• Create and present clear documentation, reports, and compliance processes.
