About the Role
We’re looking for a Group Talent Lead to lead the internal sourcing, attraction, and hiring of recruitment consultants across Salt’s global network, spanning the UK, Dubai, South Africa, and the US. This is an internal recruitment role focused entirely on hiring the people who hire for Salt’s clients.
You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle for internal consultant hires from sourcing and outreach, building and submitting shortlists, writing job descriptions, and producing employer-brand content that gets the right people excited about joining Salt.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive and active candidates for recruitment consultant roles across multiple international markets
- Manage end-to-end hiring pipelines: outreach, screening, shortlisting, and submission to hiring managers
- Write clear, compelling job descriptions tailored to each market and desk
- Create LinkedIn and other social content to build Salt’s employer brand and attract talent organically
- Maintain accurate internal HR documentation and candidate tracking
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders, including the founder, on strategic hiring priorities and new practice launches
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers across geographies to understand evolving talent needs
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally with exposure to both agency and internal/in-house hiring
- Comfortable managing a high-volume pipeline across multiple time zones and markets simultaneously
- Strong written communication skills, able to shift tone across job ads, outreach, and social content
- Self-starter who can operate with a good degree of autonomy while keeping stakeholders in the loop
- Genuine interest in the recruitment industry and what makes a great consultant
- Strong personal branding abilities
Nice to have:
- Experience recruiting within the UK market, Dubai market and US market.
- Experience recruiting recruiters
