We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Acquisition Manager (Contract) to support subscription marketing initiatives for a leading global technology and entertainment company. In this role, you’ll partner closely with marketing, product, engineering, design, business development, data, and other teams to drive activation and ongoing subscription growth across entertainment and sports services. You’ll excel in a fast-moving environment, spotting opportunities, streamlining processes, and ensuring work gets done with agility and precision.
What You’ll Do:
* Build and execute acquisition strategies to optimize conversion, subscription, and recurring revenue
* Develop and run robust A/B tests and data-driven optimization programs
* Partner cross-functionally to deliver high-impact, scalable marketing initiatives
* Manage detailed operational workflows and documentation across multiple workstreams
* Support large-scale, time-sensitive projects with consistency and calm
* Drive continuous improvements in user activation and subscription performance
What we are looking for:
* Experienced with subscription and recurring-revenue models (entertainment/sports preferred)
* Minimum 5+ years creating acquisition, testing, and optimization strategies on and off platform
* Analytical, strategic, and comfortable solving complex marketing challenges
* Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized; thrives in operations-heavy environments
* Collaborative, proactive, and steady under pressure
* Strong communicator with excellent judgment and interpersonal skills
* Flexible, and able to navigate a constantly evolving environment with good humor
* BA/BS degree
* 5+ years in subscription-growth marketing at an agency, media/entertainment brand, or technology company
