Our client is looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Lead to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels. You’ll develop and execute growth strategies, optimize marketing performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale campaigns that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
- Own and optimize paid and organic acquisition channels, including search, social, email, affiliate, and content marketing.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Creative, and Analytics teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize the customer journey.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights using marketing analytics and attribution tools.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend to maximize ROI.
- Develop lifecycle marketing initiatives to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Build dashboards and reports to communicate performance, KPIs, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with emerging growth strategies, digital marketing trends, and AI-powered marketing tools.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Braze, Klaviyo, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, Tableau, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing attribution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, fintech, healthcare, or high-growth environments is considered an asset.
