We are excited to partner with World Vision on this key position to drive growth in sponsorship and generating new leads!
Our client, World Vision New Zealand has a newly created opportunity for a Growth Marketing Lead that will focus on new leads for their fundraising operation through top to middle of the funnel to engage supporters on a new engagement journey to align with their new tech stack.
Reporting to the Head of Public Fundraising, this role includes managing paid media strategy, designing omnichannel journeys to reach and engage new audiences, and develop new campaign briefs, applying data insights and testing – working collaboratively with the Marketing, Production and Data teams to ensure every journey aligns to supporter motivations and long-term value.

Alignment to the values and purpose of World Vision is essential, along with experience in:
Proven success in lead generation from top/ middle funnel engagement
Audience engagement, fundraising or customer lifecycle digital marketing
Paid media campaigns
Managing external agencies
CRM, performance analytics, marketing automation
Structured testing and scaling
Strong commercial mindset (marketing service rather than product preferred)
