About the Role

This is a hands-on Growth Marketing role within a fast-scaling, subscription-based digital business operating at the intersection of technology, wellbeing and behavioural science.

You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end growth marketing strategy, translating commercial goals into measurable performance across key digital channels. Working closely with a small cross-functional team (paid media, design and development), you’ll shape and optimise the full acquisition and conversion ecosystem.

The role suits a commercially minded marketer who enjoys autonomy, experimentation and building scalable growth frameworks from the ground up.

Channel Leadership

  • Lead email marketing strategy, including campaigns and nurture journeys
  • Define and oversee YouTube growth strategy, briefing content direction to internal teams
  • Manage podcast and PR outreach activity
  • Oversee Google Ads activity in partnership with a paid media specialist
  • Direct organic social media strategy and performance (no hands-on content creation required)

Optimisation & Delivery

Analysis & Reporting

  • Use data to continuously refine tactics and prioritisation across channels

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in growth or digital marketing, ideally within a startup or subscription-led environment
  • Strong working knowledge of email, SEO, CRO, paid media, analytics and social strategy
  • Experience managing or coordinating specialists and cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Basic design capability using tools such as Canva
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Webflow or similar)
  • Data-driven, commercially focused and confident experimenting with new tools and approaches
  • Curious, adaptable and highly organised, with an interest in automation and AI-led marketing

What’s on Offer

  • Fully remote, flexible working across the UK or Europe
  • 30-hour working week with autonomy over schedule
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
