Head of Brand | North UK (Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield area)
£90,000 – £100,000 + Bonus
The Role:
We’re looking for a Head of Brand to lead the brand forward as they are continuing through one of the biggest growth periods! This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to build a modern, high-growth D2C brand through organic social, creative storytelling, standout experiences, PR, and community-led moments.
You’ll take full ownership of building the story of the brand as they enter new areas.
Key Responsibilities:
· Define and evolve the brand strategy, positioning, voice, and identity
· Lead organic social strategy across key platforms, driving cultural relevance and growth
· Set the creative vision across content, campaigns, and brand storytelling
· Own PR and earned media strategy, building meaningful press and cultural moments
· Establish clear brand KPIs and track performance across awareness, engagement, and sentiment
· Take full ownership of the budget (ATL, PR, Social, Digital etc)
Key Requirements:
· Proven experience leading brand in a high-growth D2C, Retail or consumer business
· Excellent experience across all areas of brand marketing (ATL, PR, Digital, Social, Content, Events, and Influencer management)
· Experience owning PR strategy and building earned media relationships
· Strong communication to drive results and communicate with stakeholders across the business
· Natural storyteller who creates compelling and creative marketing to drive brand forward
