Our client is looking for a Marketing Director. This role demands both marketing thought leadership and hands-on executional direction – building the strategy, infrastructure, and team necessary to deliver on aggressive growth targets while strengthening long-term brand equity.
What You’ll Own Brand Strategy:
- Lead the evolution and consistency of the brand across North America
- Define clear brand architecture and positioning across hardware, software, and platform experiences
- Ensure alignment across B2C, DTC, and B2B touch-points while enabling segment specific nuance
- Support the company’s positioning within the broader performance technology ecosystem
Growth Strategy:
- Develop and lead the integrated marketing strategy required to support the NA revenue target
- Align marketing investments directly to revenue outcomes and customer lifetime value
- Support the shift toward platform thinking – increasing software engagement, recurring usage, and ecosystem adoption
- Build scalable demand generation engines across consumer and enterprise segments
- Establish clear KPIs and reporting frameworks tied to growth, retention, and profitability
Go-To-Market & Launch Execution:
- Drive coordinated hardware + software launches within an integrated ecosystem narrative
- Develop repeatable GTM playbooks that bring clarity and discipline to execution
- Align marketing programs with the commercial objectives of each ecosystem while maintaining overall brand consistency
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure launch readiness and field enablement
- Conduct post-launch performance reviews and drive continuous optimization
Marketing Infrastructure & Operational Scale:
- Build the marketing systems and processes required for a scaling technology company
- Lead brand, digital, e-commerce, demand generation, content, and marketing operations
- Mature marketing capabilities from campaign-driven to lifecycle-driven engagement
- Introduce prioritization, rigor, and accountability within a high-growth environment
Organizational & Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization capable of operating at scale
- Serve as a collaborative partner to Customer Success, Diamond Sports, and Golf leadership, aligning marketing strategy to ecosystem-specific growth plans
- Create clarity of roles, priorities, and cross-functional collaboration across NA Develop senior marketing talent and future leaders
- Serve as a strategic partner
- Foster a culture that balances innovation, speed, accountability, and customer first thinking.
Experience & Requirements:
- Progressive marketing leadership experience
- Proven success in high-growth, ambiguous, or scale-up environments
- Experience leading marketing for hardware + software or technology ecosystem businesses
- Demonstrated ability to evolve a business toward SaaS-like engagement and recurring revenue models
- Deep expertise in integrated go-to-market execution across B2C and B2B
- Strong background in digital ecosystems including DTC and marketplace channels
- Experience building marketing infrastructure, not just optimizing systems
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts
- Brand-forward marketer who understands performance marketing and revenue mechanics
- Seamless hardware and software launches within a unified ecosystem narrative
- Increased software engagement, retention, and platform adoption
