Job Purpose:
To direct and manage the Marketing team in Exhibitions. To strategize implement the integrated marketing and communications and creative management plans.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage assigned events and projects from planning through execution.

Oversee and allocate responsibilities to marketing team members.

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement marketing and communications strategies, policies, and procedures.

Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns, tools, and promotional activities.

Lead the creation and production of marketing and promotional materials across various projects and markets.

Plan, supervise, and manage integrated marketing and public relations campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Support business growth through database development, market research, and enhancement of event or service offerings (e.g., conferences, networking events, awards programs).

Identify and research new market opportunities, products, or service concepts.

Develop and implement data management processes and best practices.

Oversee on-site marketing and media activities, including press events and media coordination.

Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all internal and external communications.

Develop and execute revenue growth strategies from concept to implementation.

Lead creative direction, including communication design and digital/interactive initiatives.

Ensure the quality and consistency of all final creative outputs.
Operations Management:
- Drive and inspire the team to come up with lucrative ideas
- Networking and maintaining relationships with creative agencies
- Ensure all marketing collateral is professionally produced, of the highest quality and reflects exhibition and corporate guidelines
- Research and develop dedicated Data management procedures for the whole department
- Ensure the identity guidelines are adhered to by internal departments and external agencies
Requeirements:

Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in Marketing, preferably with marketing experience in the exhibitions organising industry

Wide exposure to marketing related practices and precedents

In depth knowledge of business management and business practices. Ideally, a formal qualification in business/management studies.
- A marketing or business degree.
