Our client is looking for a Marketing Director who will be leading the evolution and consistency of the brand across North America. The ideal candidate will define a clear and differentiated brand architecture across products, services, and platform experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead an integrated marketing strategy aligned to revenue growth and broader business objectives.

Drive platform-led growth by increasing engagement, recurring usage, and scalable demand across consumer and enterprise segments.

Own end-to-end go-to-market execution, delivering coordinated product launches and repeatable, disciplined playbooks.

Build and scale the marketing infrastructure, systems, and operations required for a high-growth technology organization.

Transition marketing toward lifecycle-driven engagement while introducing rigor, prioritization, and performance accountability.

Build and lead a high-performing team, partnering cross-functionally to align strategy, develop talent, and foster a customer-first, innovation-driven culture.
Requirements:

15+ years of strategic, enterprise-level thinker capable of elevating regional marketing through strong ecosystem positioning, long-term brand architecture, and measurable revenue impact.

Demonstrated blend of growth execution and enterprise transformation experience, including exposure to platform or recurring-revenue models.

Ability to operate slightly ahead of the organization’s current maturity – building toward future-state capabilities while remaining agile and comfortable in ambiguity.

Strong balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution; able to move between high-level vision and operational detail.

Experience building durable marketing infrastructure and systems designed for long-term sustainability.

Clear orientation toward both brand development and commercial revenue outcomes.

Willingness and ability to lead effectively in a highly collaborative as an embedded member of the leadership team.
