Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing Lead to define and drive a premium, brand-led marketing strategy within the luxury real estate sector. This role requires a strong balance of strategic leadership, creative direction, and brand storytelling, with a focus on positioning high-end properties as aspirational lifestyle experiences.

The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of luxury branding, editorial-style content and is capable of building a marketing function that reflects sophistication, exclusivity, and cultural relevance.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Leadership & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, brand-first marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives
  • Lead the evolution of brand identity, tone of voice, and market positioning
  • Establish marketing as a core driver of business value and differentiation
  • Define and implement a data-driven lead generation strategy across digital, content, and events channels to drive qualified pipeline growth
  • Manage internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality output

Brand Positioning & Storytelling

  • Position the brand around lifestyle, not just property transactions
  • Craft compelling narratives that highlight:
    • Community and social experiences
    • Premium lifestyle environments (e.g., social hubs, leisure destinations)
    • A sense of exclusivity, belonging, and aspiration
  • Extend brand storytelling to elevate agent profiles as trusted advisors and lifestyle curators, not just salespeople
  • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, from digital to experiential

Creative Direction & Content Strategy

  • Lead the development of a high-end, content-driven marketing approach
  • Oversee production of:
    • Cinematic, luxury-style visual content
    • Editorial and storytelling-driven campaigns
    • Lifestyle-focused brand assets
    • Personal branding content for agents (social media, thought leadership, video, and editorial features)
  • Set creative benchmarks inspired by premium consumer brands (e.g. clean, aspirational, lifestyle-first aesthetics)
  • Work closely with content creators (photographers, videographers, agencies) to maintain quality and consistency

Team Leadership & Structure

  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, including:
    • Marketing & Events Manager
    • Content team (photographers/videographers)
    • External PR and creative agencies
  • Define clear roles, workflows, and output standards
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing, lead generation, and agent branding efforts

Campaigns, Events & Community Engagement

  • Develop integrated campaigns that blend digital, content, and physical experiences
  • Oversee execution of high-end events that reinforce brand positioning
  • Leverage community-building initiatives to enhance brand loyalty and engagement
  • Design campaigns that support agent visibility and inbound lead generation

Lead Generation & Agent Personal Branding

  • Build and optimise multi-channel lead generation funnels (digital, social, content, events, and partnerships)
  • Implement strategies to generate high-quality, qualified leads aligned with the luxury market
  • Develop and scale personal branding frameworks for agents, including:
    • Social media presence and growth
    • Thought leadership and market positioning
    • Content strategy (video, editorial, lifestyle storytelling)
  • Equip agents with tools, guidelines, and content to strengthen their individual brands while maintaining overall brand consistency
  • Track performance metrics across lead generation and agent branding initiatives, continuously optimising for ROI

Candidate Profile

Experience & Expertise

  • Proven experience in luxury, premium, or lifestyle brand marketing (real estate, fashion, hospitality, or similar sectors)
  • Strong track record of building or leading brand-led marketing functions
  • Experience managing both in-house teams and external agencies
  • Demonstrated experience in lead generation strategy and personal branding (ideally within a sales-driven environment)
