Head of Marketing | Health & Wellness | £75K – £80K | Hybrid/London
I’m working with one of the most exciting, premium health and wellness brands in the UK and one of my personal favourites!! I am looking for a hands-on Head of Marketer that loves the strategic/operational side of Marketing that is ready to steer the business forward. If you’re passionate about building brands, driving commercial growth, and leading from the front – this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
· Take ownership of the overall marketing strategy
· With a commercial mindset, you understand all elements of data, from revenue performance to customer acquisition cost
· Lead all digital marketing channels (paid, SEO, content, CRM)
· Enhance the website and digital touchpoints – ensure website performance and user journeys are optimised
· Oversee all elements of content creation and campaigns to resonate with the audience on health & wellbeing
· Lead a fantastic team of 2 marketers along with management of senior leaders in the brand
· Manage budgets effectively, ensuring investment is focused on high-impact initiatives
Key Requirements:
· Strong 360 marketer that has the strategic/operational and commercial mindset
· Experience operating in a multi-site or scaling business (fitness, hospitality, wellness, or lifestyle)
· Commercially driven with a track record of delivering measurable growth and ROI
· Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
· Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams
· Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insight into actionable plans
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – this is key as working closely with the CEO
