Head of PMO / Project Delivery Lead

Location: Remote (occasional office travel)
Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 per annum
Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance required

Join a fast-growing cyber security business at the forefront of managed detection and response, SOC services and critical infrastructure protection. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll take ownership of project governance, customer onboarding and delivery execution, building a scalable PMO function while acting as the key link between customers, technical teams and service operations.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how a rapidly scaling organisation delivers its services. You’ll have the autonomy to build processes, influence strategy and work directly with senior leadership, while leading the successful onboarding of complex cyber security platforms and services for high-profile customers across regulated sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead project governance, reporting frameworks and PMO best practices across the business.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of customer onboarding and cyber service implementation projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer project managers and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate technical, onboarding and operational teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Provide clear visibility of project health, risks, dependencies, resourcing and delivery performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in PMO leadership, programme management or senior project delivery roles.
• Background delivering customer-facing projects within cyber security, managed services, SaaS or complex technology environments.
• Strong governance experience, including RAID management, reporting and portfolio oversight.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across technical, operational and customer-facing teams.
• Active SC Clearance, with experience supporting secure or highly regulated environments.
