Head of Sales | Embedded Finance & Stablecoin Payments
We’re partnering with an innovative, publicly traded fintech that’s building the next generation of financial infrastructure. This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of growth and lead the commercial strategy for a platform spanning embedded finance, stablecoin payments, card issuing, and regulated financial services.
This is a true builder role. You’ll begin as the commercial leader, personally securing strategic enterprise partnerships while helping shape the go-to-market strategy, product roadmap, and future sales organization. As the business scales, you’ll build and lead a high-performing global sales team.
What you’ll be doing
- Own the commercial strategy and execution for a growing embedded finance platform.
- Win and grow strategic enterprise customers and partners.
- Build relationships with banks, fintechs, payment providers, and large enterprise organizations.
- Partner closely with Product and Leadership to influence the roadmap based on customer and market feedback.
- Develop scalable sales processes, playbooks, and GTM strategy.
- Represent the company across the fintech and payments ecosystem.
What we’re looking for
- Proven success building revenue in an early-stage or high-growth fintech environment.
- Experience selling embedded finance, payments infrastructure, card issuing, stablecoin solutions, or adjacent fintech products.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales and complex partnership-led deals.
- Commercial and technical fluency across payments, including concepts such as interchange, card issuing, processor economics, and banking partnerships.
- Experience selling to banks, fintechs, payment providers, or large enterprise customers.
- A builder mentality with the ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on individual contributor.
- Passion for shaping the future of financial infrastructure.
