We are looking for a reliable and hands-on HR Admin and Finance Executive to join our client’s growing F&B group. This role will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the office and outlets across HR administration, staff coordination, office management, payroll preparation, licensing, and basic finance support.

The ideal candidate is someone organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, who is comfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. You will support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain employee records and HR documentation, coordinate payroll-related information, staff claims, statutory matters, permits, insurance renewals, and outlet licensing. You will also assist with general office administration, petty cash management, invoice key-in through QuickBooks, and coordination with vendors, building management, and internal teams.

We are looking for someone who is able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and ensure proper follow-through across tasks and documentation. Candidates with prior exposure to the F&B, retail, or multi-outlet environment will have an added advantage.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience within HR/Admin, Office Management, or similar support functions
  • Familiarity with Malaysian payroll and statutory processes (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
  • Basic exposure to accounting or invoice administration is preferred
  • Strong coordination, organisation, and communication skills
  • Comfortable multitasking within a fast-moving environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – exposure to QuickBooks is a plus
