Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, update, and develop HR Policy Manuals aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements, and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Develop and maintain HR compliance checklists to support governance and adherence to standards
  • Lead requirement gathering activities for HR systems and initiatives, and provide UAT support and implementation planning
  • Support the implementation of HR systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Review and update job descriptions (JDs), and develop job evaluation, titling, and leveling frameworks
  • Support updates to organization structures and workforce alignment based on evolving business needs
  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop annual training plans, while supporting competency framework design and employee development initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategy, including a 3-year roadmap, strategic initiatives, and KPI frameworks
  • Develop HR infrastructure elements such as SLAs, DOA, value chains, processes, and procedures
  • Develop and maintain workforce planning tools (e.g., WFP calculators, forecasting templates) and support manpower budgeting
  • Deliver workforce analysis and headcount reports, and provide HR tools, templates, and reporting kits
  • Support employee relations by facilitating communication, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive workplace culture
  • Develop and update HR documentation, including policies and JDs, and provide subject matter expertise during interviews as needed

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR transformation, workforce planning, or people consulting
  • Demonstrated experience within the sports sector, preferably football, with understanding of its operating model and talent dynamics
  • Strong understanding of HR frameworks (policies, competencies, job evaluation, performance management)
  • Experience in workforce analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Familiarity with HR systems implementation and UAT processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Sports/Football experience
  • Proficient in both Arabic and English.
