Our client is a well-established global organisation that is going through growth and change!

Reporting to the HR Director, and working with a great inclusive HR Team, you will be partnering with talented Leaders across the business to achieve business goals with organisational change, problem solving, consulting on best practice with all areas HR! This is an end-to-end HR generalist role/ business partnering role that will allow you to make a significant impact!

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with leaders across the business to drive HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• As are global company you will lead some of the global P&C initiatives across the company ie rems, implementation of systems & new processes & business improvement practices.
• Provide guidance and support to team members and managers for career growth and development.
• Contribute to the attraction, retention, and development of top talent.
• Ensure a safe and compliant workplace while promoting health and wellbeing.
• Foster a positive culture, drive performance reviews, and improve workplace satisfaction.
• Manage employment relations and ensure a harmonious work environment.

What We’re Looking For?

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of working as a HRBP for 5 years and experience in Australian legislation.
• Must have worked in a professional Services Industry and similar ecosystem.
• Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven coaching and mentoring capabilities.
• High commercial acumen and practical problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability in workplace investigations and resolutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
