Implementation Consultant – Software Solutions

The Role

You’ll lead end‑to‑end software implementations for automotive customers – from discovery and configuration through to deployment, training and post‑go‑live support. Expect variety, ownership and the chance to become a trusted advisor.

What You’ll Do

• Manage implementation projects from scoping to go‑live
• Configure software across POS, CRM, inventory and accounting
• Deliver training and onboarding
• Prepare and validate data for migration
• Run workshops and work directly with stakeholders
• Travel to customer sites (approx. 10 days/month)

About You

You have experience implementing or supporting business software solutions – possibly in roles like Implementation Consultant, Professional Services Consultant, ERP Consultant, Software/Application Consultant or Customer Success.

Experience with POS, ERP, CRM, accounting or inventory systems is highly regarded. Strong communication, problem‑solving skills and confidence working with customers are essential.
