About the Role

As a Junior Data Analyst, you’re the person who helps the company make smarter decisions using data – not guesswork.

You’ll dive into operational data, uncover insights, build dashboards, and support teams across credit, sales, operations, and product. You’ll learn fast, work closely with mentors, and develop a solid foundation in analytics, storytelling, and business problem‑solving.

What You’ll Be Doing

Here’s a taste of your day-to-day:

Dig Into Data

• Write SQL queries to extract and explore operational data.
• Spot patterns, trends, and “huh, that’s interesting…” signals.

Build Reports & Dashboards

• Create clean, intuitive dashboards that teams actually use.
• Turn raw data into simple stories that drive decisions.

Support Data-Driven Decisions

• Work with sales, credit, product, and ops teams to understand their questions.
• Translate business needs into analysis, insights, and recommendations.

Own Data Quality

• Validate datasets, flag gaps, and help improve data hygiene.
• Ensure stakeholders trust the numbers you put in front of them.

You’ll touch a bit of everything – analysis, visualisation, problem‑solving, and communication – while learning from a team that genuinely wants to help you grow.

Who You Are

You don’t need years of experience – just potential, curiosity, and a willingness to learn quickly.

You’ll thrive if:

• You have a degree in Stats, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or similar.
• You’re comfortable writing SQL and working with spreadsheets.
• You’ve used tools like Tableau or Power BI (or you’re keen to learn).
• Bonus: you’ve touched Python or R, even lightly.
• You’re curious, analytical, and love figuring out why numbers behave the way they do.
• You enjoy explaining your findings simply – charts over jargon.
