Data Analyst (Enterprise Reporting & Data Operations)

Project Info

• Because of the impact, they have had to pause, but they need Live Feed Integration, whilst some areas in operations are down.
• Live Feed Integration project – Connecting Data Sources and Feeder systems into one foundational data warehouse.
• Both roles reporting into Head of Data & Ai.

Outcomes expected within 6 months:

• 3-5 Years Experience.
• Support delivery of enterprise dashboards and operational reporting in Power BI (refresh cycles, validation, evidence of accuracy).
• Execute and automate extracts from key enterprise sources (e.g., ERP and core operational platforms) and integration feeds aligned to the agreed data inventory and use cases.
• Perform reconciliation between finance and operational datasets to protect cost/revenue integrity and auditability.
• Maintain structured artefacts (data inventory, refresh cadence, ownership, data lineage notes).
• Support UAT with business users (cross-functional) including defect triage, fixes and validation evidence.

Non-negotiable skills:

• Strong Power BI (data modelling, DAX, performance optimization).
• Hands-on SQL + Excel for large datasets (data shaping, joins, validations).
• Experience working with enterprise data (ERP + operational systems) and governed reporting environments.
• High attention to detail, especially for finance-linked reporting and audit trail requirements.
• Comfortable working from structured requirements and within governance standards.
• Aviation industry experience would be a plus – not essential
