Junior Finance Executive

We’re working with a global payroll & workforce solutions organisation to hire a Junior Finance Executive to join a lean but dynamic finance team in Kuala Lumpur. This is your chance to kickstart your career in finance, gain hands-on exposure to regional clients, and grow with a company that values curiosity, learning, and problem-solving.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work across finance tasks for clients in Malaysia and Australia.
• Learn and manage systems like Navision and multiple banking platforms.
• Handle account payables, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Spot discrepancies, solve problems, and ensure accurate billing for clients.
• Support month-end and year-end processes, including audits.
• Prioritize your workload, meet deadlines, and mentored by a good leader.
• Embrace learning opportunities and help improve processes wherever possible.

What we’re looking for:

• Fresh grads or 1-2 years experience in accounting, economics, or finance-related roles
• Basic accounting knowledge (debit vs credit, reconciliations, bookkeeping principles)
• Curious, solution-oriented, and hungry to learn.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with different personalities.
• Open-minded, adaptable, and comfortable working under deadlines.
• Bonus: experience with payroll, billing, or finance systems.
