Junior Marketing Manager

Salary: R14,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Hybrid | 4 days remote, 1 day in-office (Athlone, Cape Town)

This hands-on role offers exposure across SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing and product marketing, with the chance to make a real impact on the company’s online growth. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and publish SEO-optimised website content.
• Manage the company’s Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn channels.
• Plan and execute weekly email marketing campaigns.
• Develop content for product launches and promotions.
• Assist with expanding the online product catalogue.
• Monitor and report on website, social media and email performance.
• Work closely with internal teams to support digital marketing initiatives.
• Use AI tools and digital marketing platforms to improve content and campaign performance.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles.
• Experience managing social media platforms.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Mailchimp, Canva or similar marketing tools is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
